A teenager from Jordan, Saif Al-din Khader, suspected of leading the hacking group ShinyHunters, has been detained and is cooperating with the FBI. Known online as "Rey," he was arrested while extorting Jeppesen ForeFlight, a former Boeing subsidiary, over allegedly stolen sensitive aviation data. His father reportedly works for Royal Jordanian Airlines, which operates Boeing aircraft. Separately, Dutch cybercriminal Pepijn van der Stap faces new allegations of attempting to orchestrate murders abroad.
